“When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”
― Paulo Coelho (The Alchemist)

Why are so many young people struggling to find their way?

As someone who speaks at schools and universities, I’ve seen the mental health crisis up close—apathy, disconnection, and a lack of purpose are real.

But one person is on a mission to change that for good.

Livi Redden is a TED speaker (2.7M+ views), author, and passionate leader dedicated to empowering the next generation to live happy, resilient, and purpose-driven lives.

Her mission began at 17, when she held her father’s hand as he passed after a six-year battle with ALS. That moment shaped her relentless drive to help others find peace and purpose.

Livi inspires young people to build lives they love and embrace who they truly are. It’s hard to imagine a more vital mission for today’s world. She has been recognized in Barstool Sports, Build-A-Bear Radio, and SUCCESS Magazine.

In this episode:
• The biggest challenges facing young people today—and what to do about them.
• How to embrace your full self, even when the world tells you to shrink.
• The truth about grief, growth, and finding peace in the hardest moments.
• Why your future is brighter—and more in your hands—than you realize.

Let’s WIN THE DAY with Livi Redden!
