“Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live.” – Jim Rohn
Are you comparing yourself to average or optimal? 🤔
There’s a big difference – and it will determine the entire trajectory of your life.
After becoming a parent, my health began to wane. Eventually, something triggered the awareness that I was heading in the wrong direction – and I couldn’t believe how far I’d fallen.
Much of the last two years has been not just returning to my previous state but becoming as healthy, strong, and energetic as I can possibly be.
Earlier this year, I was introduced to Lifeforce through a mutual friend. Its founder and CEO, Dugal Bain-Kim, is a fellow Aussie who has held leadership positions in finance, management consulting, and healthcare technology across three continents.

Lifeforce was exactly what I needed, made even more attractive by the fact that it fit in with my hectic lifestyle. (If you’ve got young kids and a busy career, you know exactly what I mean.) Each quarter, they send a phlebotomist to your house for a blood draw. You are then assessed on 40+ of the most important biomarkers for optimal health, given a virtual consultation with a doctor, and provided with a personalized plan to take control of your health.
It’s been one of the best things I’ve ever done.
Dugal’s co-founders in Lifeforce include Tony Robbins, Dr. Peter Diamandis, and Joel Jackson. Lifeforce has helped thousands of people with their quality of life – including improved energy, focus, body composition, and sexual wellness – and, most importantly, get ahead of some of the significant health issues that emerge when you reach 35 years of age.
Dugal holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and degrees in Finance, American History, and Political Science from the University of Queensland.
In this episode:
• How Dugal joined forces with some of the world’s most recognized people.
• The best business lessons along the way.
• How Lifeforce is revolutionizing the way we approach health, performance, and longevity.
• Why you need to be proactive and engaged in your own health journey.
Before we begin, the right bit of inspiration can completely change the trajectory of someone’s life, so if there’s a friend or loved one who needs to hear this episode or could use some help to Win the Day, share it with them right now.
